Our 16 Automatic Acme-Gridley screw machines are a cost-effective solution for simpler parts and high-volume production. These machines run 6 parts at a time and can produce parts as fast as 4.5 seconds each.

Inspection and Quality Control
Our inspection procedures are designed to support consistent quality throughout production:
- First Article Inspection Report completed before production begins
- In-process complete inspection by the machine operator at least every 20 minutes
- Daily complete inspection by our experienced Quality Manager

Metal Finishing Coordination
Located just north of Minneapolis/St. Paul, Erickson Automatics. Inc. is well-positioned to support metal finishing requirements efficiently. We maintain strong relationships with outside service vendors and work to expedite orders when needed. Our truck makes daily stops to plating, heat treating, passivation, tumbling, and anodizing providers, helping keep lead times as short as possible for critical components with complex routing needs.
Custom Packaging Requirements
We take care to ensure your parts arrive looking as good on your dock as they do on ours. Every job is clearly labeled and packaged for protection. Packaging options include:
